A crowd of discontented Bordeaux producers headed by Dominique Techer, owner of Chateau Gombaude-Guillot and Clos Plince in Pomerol have threatened to sue the CIVB (Comite Interprofessional des Vins des Bordeaux) over the fact that their annual subscription is not being spent wisely.

China's wine production to overtake Australia's in the next three years

Interesting story from the Australian newspaper The Herald Sun here, claiming that the rapid rate of increase in Chinese wine production means that they will overtake Australia within three years. Interesting too is the sub heading: "Growth poses no threat to Aussie imports"...
