The Estate
Château Fayau is a beautiful « chartreuse style house » surrounded by vines in the heart of Cadillac, Ducs d’Epernon’s city. It is on the slopes overhanging the town that are elaborated most of the wines of the estate. Domain’s viticultural origin goes back to 1711 but the present owners ancestors bought it in 1826. Château Fayau now has a 41 hectares vineyard.
