Château Mayne Vallet has been in the Revaire Family since 1892. Originally, it represented 6 hectares (15 acres). Over the years, the current owner increased the property with new purchases : 6 hectares (15 acres) in 1985, 1 hectare (2.50 acres) in 1988 and 3 hectares (7.50 acres) in 2005. The name of "Mayne Vallet" is taken from the location of the château, "Vallet".
