Join us at Montys of Kathmandu on Wednesday 16th May for a wine dinner with Bouchard Finlayson.Where old world truly meets new, this world famous boutique winery was founded in 1989 by renowned Burgundian winemaker, Paul Bouchard and South Africa Pinot Noir pioneer, Peter Finlayson, and is situated in the cool climate Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Walker Bay – ideal for slow ripening. Acclaimed worldwide for producing South Africa’s best Pinot Noirs, most famous of which is the multi-award winning Galpin Peak. Bouchard Finlayson also produce highly acclaimed Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blanc and Rieslings. The winery is a leader in responsible agriculture and a pioneer for the World Wide Fund for Nature Conservation.
The dinner will consist of 5 courses, each with a carefully chosen wine match from the range of Bouchard Finlayson wines. The evening will start at 7pm and we will sit down to being the meal at 7.30pm sharp. For only €70 per person, this will be a gourmet journey, with distinct French, South African and Nepalese influence.
