An evening of carefully selected food and wine matching in the funky surroundings of acclaimed Japanese fusion restaurant Ukiyo. 

Natalie Tollot will be talking about her Burgundian family domaine, whilst introducing these beautiful Burgundian wines. Owner Duncan Maguire has worked hard with his chef Ciaran to garner some real surprises on the food front, sourcing local irish food and adding that delicious asian twist.

This is a proper food and wine event, connections and passion are bubbling at the surface. Trevor Harris who farms lifestock, vegetables and grain biodynamically at his Kildare farm will be on hand to talk a little about the amazing effect that these principles has had on his produce. By the end of the meal we'll all be standing up to say our bit, with the Karoke booth just steps away, we could yet be singing for our supper!
