70% Semillon & 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale yellow with aromas of white flowers ; fresh, crisp style with round, balanced palate.
Round tannins, lovely complexity with peppery and leather characters. Great minerality and acidity in balance.
Third year for this cuvée. Sauvignon barrel fermented; wild yeasts used to ferment the wines. Tremendous complexity of flavours.
