Prosecco di Valdobbiadene ‘Col di Manza’ Extra Dry 2017
Not only the world’s first and only biodynamic Prosecco, but one of the few that can be considered a single vineyard cru Prosecco. Very fresh yet subtle nose with complex aromas of sweet citrus, herbs and white flowers. Lively and attractive on the palate, with zingy flavours of orange zest, white peach and mineral. A medium sweet palate is beautifully offset by vibrant acidity that carries well into the fruity, pleasant finish.
