It was open top fermented using indigenous yeasts in traditional
wooden cuvees, hand plunged every 12 hours, with a total vat time
Deep red colour. Prominent aromatics of black cherry and boysenberry overshadow subtle notes of rose petal, bark and a hint of fresh mint.
Inspired by the classic wines of Burgundy, this elegant wine displays wonderful perfume and red fruits with its soft, ripe tannins.
